Ilmiö is a boutique recruitment agency on a mission to make work-life better for everyone. To bring this people-first approach to life, we designed a brand identity that feels warm and personal. Using hand-painted graphics and a friendly brand mascot, we aimed to capture the heart of what they do: connecting real people. This fresh visual style highlights their belief that recruitment should feel welcoming, authentic, and, most importantly, human.
Since launching the new identity, Ilmiö has seen significant results — their sales have doubled, and they've received a great amount of positive feedback from clients, candidates, and other stakeholders.
