Case Validia: Transforming employee branding and company image in assisted living care
In the compassionate domain of assisted living care, the significance of employee branding and company image as a caring enterprise cannot be overstated. In the time of scarcity of nurses and personal assistants, the acknowledgment that a caring culture begins with caring for its own staff is crucial. By investing in employee branding, Validia aimed to nurture a sense of belonging, appreciation, and pride among its caregivers.
The rebranding efforts were designed to mirror the company's ethos of compassion and professionalism, resonating not only with residents and families but also with the dedicated staff who provide care day in and day out. A new timeless and clear logotype was created to represent the high-quality and structured services and as a contrast a hand-painted Validia graphics were created as a graphic element to be used in all brand materials. The hand-painted graphics are a suited metaphor to underline the importance of the caretakers’ unique and humane touch to the business.
